The present seminar in the field of GmbH business law is held by Mr. Qun Huang.
Mr. Huang is lawyer and has special knowledge and years of experience in GmbH business law and M & A.
Target group of the seminar:
Chinese entrepreneurs, which plan expanding their activities to the German market or which already own independent enterprises in Germany, as well as managers of Chinese subsidiaries or representation offices in Germany.
