Labour Law Seminar
The present labour law seminar is held by lawyer and tax consultant Mr. Frank Haas.
Mr. Haas has an academic and practical background in banking due to his work for the Commerzbank AG. His law studies took place in Konstanz and Bayreuth, where he graduated in 1996.

Major focus: Tax law, doctor- and patient rights, inheritance law, traffic law
Target group of the seminar:
Chinese entrepreneurs, which plan expanding their activities to the German market or which already own independent enterprises in Germany, as well as managers of Chinese subsidiaries or representation offices in Germany.
The seminar offers a general overview of German labour law and those aspects that are most important for Chinese companies in Germany.
After this seminar, participants will be able to understand the basis of German labour law for employers. Risks in this respect can be minimized and important know-how for the treatment of employees is related to participants. Base knowledge of the social security system is likewise conveyed.
